Made it all the way to Day 10 on this fruitarian bodybuilding challenge, trying to understand if I am a frugivore by nature or not. This is why I am doing all these fruitarian diet experiments. I want to know if an all fruit diet is adequate for humans. Can we thrive on fruit? Can we build muscle on fruit? Can we be healthy on a fruit only diet? What do you think?
Fruitarian Bodybuilding is the Ultimate Goal
Fruitarianism is beautiful, I love the idea of having a diet that doesn’t harm any living being, I love to follow a fruitarian diet plan that allows me to save water, energy and innocent lives. I love practicing fruitarian bodybuilding because it is something almost no one has attempted and I am sure that this research will prove useful to myself and others in the near future. I know for sure I have experienced the many benefits of the fruitarian diet and I know that other fruitarians have experienced the same, weight loss, more energy, better health. Even those who are raw vegan can talk about the magic of fruit.
