I decided to become 100% fruitarian, this means I only plan on eating fruits.
On my second week exploring this diet I made a lot of progress in terms of making mistakes. I know that may be a paradox but all the mistakes I make bring me a step closer to being a master of the fruitarian diet.
So what did I learn?
#1) I need to be careful with how many mangos I eat,
#2) I don’t enjoy blending things into a smoothie as much as I like eating whole fruits.
#3) I need to learn to let go of food. I am still attached to it through many patterns.
#4) I can’t eat more than one whole pineapple at a time.
#5) I shouldn’t force myself to eat more than what I need and want.
