This is week 7 of my fruitarian diet / raw vegan diet transition.
Days have been hard lately since I began to experience fruitarian diet detox symptoms.
Fruitarian Diet Detox Symptoms and How I Cope
I went to see a dermatologist to find out why I have been having a rash and intense itchy legs since I started to eat a fruit based diet. She wasn’t able to explain with certainty what is going on. It was very frustrating.
Sadly, because of my discomfort, I have been eating more cooked vegan food lately. Sometimes I eat raw vegan meals too but the cooked foods seem to give me more comfort on the short run, however, over the long run, I can tell that cooked vegan food makes me feel worse than simple fruit meals.
I am glad that I have been able to keep recording these videos to keep track of what is going on. It really helps to look back at these videos and see what I went through.
I am also enjoying how much more comfortable I feel in these videos. I am getting more used to talking in camera and it is fun to see my charisma coming through.
I know these videos focus more on my personal experience that in the fruitarian diet itself. I want to share more tips and tricks about being a fruitarian and becoming a fruitarian but I want to show you first what I went through so you can understand where my information is coming from.
