Here is a compilation of my first seven days as I go through the process of becoming a fruitarian. These are some of my first videos on the fruit diet and I hope you enjoy them.
Week 1 on the Fruitarian Diet
I became interested in fruitarianism about a month ago and I decided to give it a fair try. I haven’t eaten a fully fruitarian diet but I have eaten more fruit per day than ever before.
I decided to make these fruitarian before and after videos to show how I progress through these exploration. These are the first youtube videos I make and I will continue to improve on the quality and content. Just like I went from vegetarian to vegan to raw vegan to fruitarian I will go from rookie YouTuber to ultra YouTube star! =P
This first week was somewhat of a slow start and I wasn’t able to do practice much fruitarian bodybuilding, except for some weight lifting and rock climbing I did over the week.
I wish there were other fruitarians in my town, a fruitarian athlete would be idea, we could workout together and have big meals of fruit.
You may be able to notice some fruitarian benefits as the days roll by. Perhaps the changes will be slower and they wont show right away. I know when I became a vegetarian I didn’t really notice many changes but went I became a strict vegan the benefits started to show.
I am sure it will be the same with the fruitarian diet and the raw vegan diet.
For now, I am just happy learning that I am a frugivore and experimenting with an all fruit diet.
Moving Forward with My Fruitarian Diet
Going forward I hope to stick to this fruitarian diet. Minimizing my consumption of vegetables and cooked foods. I would love to eat vegan or even raw vegan foods, but I am fairly convinced that the fruitarian diet is the best thing for me right now.
I am excited to find out what the future holds as I move on through this process of becoming a fruitarian.
