Becoming a Fruitarian – Day 8
Today I start my second week on the fruitarian diet. I still don’t have a diet plan. I am just taking it one day at a time, eating as much fruit as I can. These videos are meant to show the before and after results.
There are many fruitarian diets out there, I don’t know which one is best or the right one for me. More than anything I am interested in fruitarian bodybuilding, I wonder if I can become a bodybuilder eating just fruit. I am sure I could achieve some obvious weight loss, but I am not sure if it is possible for muscle building on a fruit based diet.
In time I will be making more videos about my fruitarian meal plan and will be including recipes.
We will look into all the fruitarian benefits that come with the diet and how they compare to the benefits of a vegan or raw vegan diet. Veganism, of course, it is a wonderful practice, but soon people may realize that fruitarianism is much better. Who knows, we will see….
If humans are frugivores, then an all fruit diet should be appropriate. We may need a few vegetables here and there, but to me, the answer is on the fruit. We will explore more of this in future videos.
