I just came across this video on YouTube. What an inspiring bodybuilder! I wish my french was better so I could understand what he is saying. It is impressive what humans can achieve with so little. This is a true testament to the power of body weight exercises and calisthenics.

Perhaps the bodybuilder of the future will be more like our friend from the video. Perhaps one day we will all become nomads traveling the world, eating fruit ๐ … We will not carry huge equipment with us, only the bare necessities, the simple bare necessities, forgetting about our troubles and our strife. ๐
Calisthenics and body weight exercises like Foundation Training have been gaining popularity over the last few decades. Yoga and Pilates are two excellent examples. This seems to be a trend as the world becomes aware of our consumerist tendencies and hording habits. The minimalist movement has been gaining popularity and similar movements such as the tiny houses are growing as well.
Perhaps this idea is far fetch, and so is fruitarianism. However, they both have something in common: HUMANS USED TO BE THIS WAY. Remember? When we knew that humans are frugivores…. Back in the days we would workout every day, living in nature.…
