Over the past months I have been working on my fruitarian bodybuilder project, trying to get big on a fruitarian diet. I noticed that bodybuilding is certainly easier when I apply a meal plan to my daily routine.
The months that I focus on a fruitarian meal plan I benefit from more energy and less stress around food. I am able to sleep better and my fruitarian bodybuilding workouts are more productive. I am able to gain weight and put on some fruitarian muscle with less effort.
The months I do not focus on my fruitarian bodybuilder meal plan I have less energy and feel lazy about working out and putting on muscle. Bodybuilding requires a meal plan because without it you can’t have a reliable routine.
Putting on Fruitarian Muscle
When it comes down to putting fruitarian muscle high calorie fruits are the way to go. Every fruitarian bodybuilder should focus on this is bodybuilding is the ultimate goal. High calorie fruits include bananas, dates, avocados and coconut meat. The more energy you have the more you will be able to focus on your bodybuilding workouts and the more muscle and fruitarian weight gain you will be able to benefit from.
The equation is quite simple. Fruits high in calories + strong bodybuilding workouts = fruitarian muscle. There is no way around it, if you eat a lot and don’t exercise you won’t get any of these benefits. If you workout a lot and don’t eat enough you won’t be able to put muscle either.
The Goal of the Fruitarian Bodybuilder
My goal as a fruitarian bodybuilder is to practice bodybuilding in the most natural way. I like eating fruits because they are the healthiest, most natural, most environmentally friendly and ethical food a human can eat. The benefits of the fruitarian diet include feeling lighter and being in a better mood. Another benefit of being a fruitarian bodybuilder includes being able to inspire others to practice a fruitarian diet.
Very few people will take on fruitarian bodybuilding. Most people are interested in the fruitarian diet for health reasons and some are attracted to it out of curiosity. The most common reason to become a fruitarian is weight loss.
Other than that, there are people who benefit from the fruitarian diet because it helps them empty their mind and drop into lighter state of meditation.
