Today wasn’t much of a success on this Fruitarian Bodybuilding Athlete Challenge.
I was able to get 8 hours of sleep last night, but I didn’t do any exercise in the morning. I just got out of bed and went straight to work. After work I had 4 coconuts, which is more than I have ever had. They were delicious, both the water and the “meat”. I was really happy to enjoy that meal for breakfast, but since coconuts do not count as fruit, there goes one of my stars for the day.
During the afternoon I went on a 30 minute walk with Jake that could have helped me get my second star, but unfortunately, that is all I did in terms of exercise for the day. I was planning on doing 90+ minutes of dancing at night but I ended up skipping ecstatic dance and instead remained at the Kanekiki Farm and played cards for four hours straight. We had a blast, but there goes another star.
Fortunately, I remembered to take a photo of myself for my fruitarian before and after pictures collection. This is an easy task but I have forgotten to do it in previous challenges so it is well worth a star.
Aside from that, I am writing this blog right now which brings my total number of stars for the day to three.
This brings my average down to 4 stars per day but we are only on day 2. Tomorrow is going to be tricky because I won’t be able to get more than 6 hours of sleep (since right now it is 1 a.m.)
On the bright side, I am happy to see that this challenge is very well set up because, despite the fact that I didn’t practice a perfect fruitarian diet or perfect fruitarian bodybuilding, I am still motivated to try again.
