I can’t really say much about Monday, the day completely flew by without me writing anything about it. All I remember is that I took some painful and nasty looking poop from eating all those seeds the day before.
I also remember having a meeting with a chiropractor in town who offered me a job as a massage therapist in his office. Right now I am thinking about giving up the offer but it looks like something I will do in the future.
Eating Cooked Food after 10 Weeks of Eating a Raw Vegan Diet
At 6 p.m. I went to a ManKind Project meeting at the Hawaiian Sanctuary. During the meeting’s break a gentleman offered me a cookie which I accepted. It was cooked, of course, but I took it because I have decided to take a more flexible approach to my diet over the next couple of months. I think that I have already proven that fruit based diets are excellent and potentially the best diet for humans. Now I feel that I need to take a few steps back and gain some new perspectives.
The ManKind Project meeting finished around 10 p.m., I got a ride home but I still had to walk 30 minutes in the dark. It was awesome, especially after such a wonderful meeting. I really love the ManKind Project, it is an excellent group.
When I got back to Gaia Yoga Gardens I was hungry but didn’t have any fruit. I opened a couple of coconuts in the dark but that didn’t do it for me, so I decided to eat some peanuts that where in the kitchen. I had a good amount, probably more than I should, they were quite addictive, just like the seeds and the coconuts, once I started, it was hard to stop, however, I am noticing I get the same reaction with pretty much all foods, except those that fill me up very quickly, like papayas, or pineapples, which after eating them for a while make my tongue sting.
These have not been the greatest days of the fruitarian bodybuilder. I have returned to some old patterns that I wanted to get rid off. Luckily I am not taking it harshly and I am being very empathetic with myself and appreciative of the process. More than blaming me I am choosing to look at this whole situation with wonder. It seems like the healthiest approach.
