Today was one of the wildest days since I moved to Hawaii. It was the first time I truly connected with the energy of the land and the people in it. I am still not fully adapted and would love to come back, but right now I am feeling pulled towards Ecuador. Before that, however, I need to go back to Colorado and finish what I started there, plus get rid of a bunch of things.
During the morning I had oranges and longans for breakfast. For lunch I had raw cow flesh with some chopped vegetables. I know this may be a shock, but I decided to try raw animal flesh while being at Gaia Yoga Gardens, it is something that they do here and I find it important for me to explore.
The first time I had raw meat I had a whole pound of it and it digested well, it didn’t give me any issues at all, at least during and right after eating it. I probably could have kept eating more of it, I was just concerned with eating too much of it on my first time. Some of the people at Gaia Yoga Gardens suggest mixing the raw cow flesh with fats like olive oils, coconut oil or avocado. I don’t see how this would help.
When it comes to fat, I noticed that every time I eat fats my digestion slows down and I get more gas. When I eat seeds and peanuts my belly bloats, my digestion slows down and my poop is looser.
I wish I could tell you more about my fruitarian diet and this bodybuilding challenge, but this is all I have for today. Two stars seem fair.
