Yesterday I forgot to write my blog post for day 7 of my Fruitarian Bodybuilding Athlete Challenge, so instead I am writing it today. For that reason, I am taking a star of right from the start.
In terms of fruitarian bodybuilding, I only got the fruitarian part right. I ate fruit only all day long, some bananas, papayas and dates. Yuppy! I get one star! =D
During the afternoon my energy was high, but my motivation was low. I keep getting caught up on arguments and conversations at the Kanekiki Farm. They are the same talks that I have been involved in since I got here and I am getting really tried of them. It’s my fault though, I should just get up and walk away, but I have a need for company and I guess right now, that is the only way I can get that need met. It isn’t healthy or efficient.
In case you are curious, the conversations I am referring to are in regards to the raw vegan diet, the fruitarian diet and for the most part, issues that we have been having around our raw vegan community. There is nothing wrong with this conversations, except that I have been having them on a daily basis for the past two months and I am just tired of them. Again, this is all my fault.
I am a Lazy Fruitarian Bodybuilder
I was hoping to go on a long walk today but I left that to last minute, again and didn’t get to put much time on the clock, no stars on that category for this fruitarian bodybuilder. Now that I look back, I wish I had kept a chart of which categories I have been thriving on and which ones I slack on. Bodybuilding is certainly the one I have done the least, sticking to fruitarianism is probably second to that.
Luckily I remembered to take a picture of myself and got the 8 hours of sleep I needed to take home a total of three stars for the day.
