Fruitarian Bodybuilding Athlete Challenge Day #8 (Day #71 at Kanekiki Farm)

February 11, 2017 Posted by brunotreves Fruitarian Bodybuilding, Kenekiki

I almost went to sleep without writing this fruitarian blog post about my Fruitarian Bodybuilding Athlete Challenge, but then I remembered that I can record blogs on my phone and type them on the computer later. I feel glad that I was able to save one star.

Unfortunately I didn’t do any exercise at all, I just didn’t feel like it. I have been stressed, I have been tired, I have been feeling like poop. The fruitarian diet can’t be blamed for this, I am just going through a rough transition, moving out of the Kanekiki Farm and heading on to Gaia Yoga Gardens.

Challenges with the Fruitarian Bodybuilding Athlete Challenge

This Fruitarian Bodybuilding Athlete Challenge has clearly been a challenge and I am very glad that I started and I don’t plan on quitting. Unfortunately today I also slipped out of the fruitarian diet by adding a little bit of spice to my avocado and munching on a little bit of celery someone had left in the community fridge at the Kanekiki Farm.

One thing I keep realizing is that I am forgetting to drink water. This wasn’t an issue when I was eating plenty of high water content fruits all day long. Now that I am eating less oranges and papayas I notice that I feel slightly dehydrated around the day. I am lazy about drinking water. Perhaps next time I need to add drinking a gallon of water to the challenge to make sure I get enough.

I did take a picture of myself this morning. It looks slightly different since I decided to shave. This brings my total of stars for the day to a number of 3. It looks like it will be challenging, if not impossible, to finish this Fruitarian Bodybuilding Athlete Challenge with an average of 4 stars.

On a brighter note, I have been writing tons for my fruitarian blog and I also got back into writing my fruitarian books. I also built a fruitarian before and after pictures page to place all the photos from this fruitarian bodybuilding challenge.

Summarizing my Fruitarian Bodybuilding Journey

It seems that in terms of building this blog I am doing very well, but in terms of bodybuilding I am doing poorly. In the area of following the fruitarian diet I know I am still not 100% there, but eating a sprinkle of spice and a handful of celery sticks isn’t so bad either.
