Fruitarian Bodybuilding Athlete Challenge Day #9 (Day #72 at Kanekiki Farm)

February 11, 2017 Posted by brunotreves Fruitarian Bodybuilding

There isn’t much I can say about today. By now you must have realized that I forgot to take my daily picture. I also didn’t get two hours of exercise, or write my blog (I am writing this on the 10th day).

I didn’t eat fully fruitarian either. At noon I had some avocados, but I added spices to them because “I was bored” and “needed some stimulation”. Later in the day I also had a couple of dehydrated kale chips, and a few bites of dehydrated cauliflower that Destiny prepared. I think all added up I probably had 5 calories of non-fruitarian food, but to me, that is enough to take away a star.

That means that the only star I got today was for sleeping at least 8 hours. That probably has been the easiest thing to do, which may not sound like much, but not too long ago I used to struggle with getting more than 6 hours of sleep.

How to Improve My Fruitarian Bodybuilding Program

Although I am failing on this Fruitarian Bodybuilding Athlete Challenge, I am still learning a lot. One thing I realized is that I need to drink more water. When I started eating so much fruit, I realized I didn’t need any water. That worked for a while, but sometimes I end up over eating just to hydrate myself. Other times, I find myself feeling dehydrated because I haven’t eaten enough high water content fruits and forgotten to drink water to make it up. Hydration is huge.

I am also learning that writing this fruitarian blog is more important to me that practicing fruitarian bodybuilding. I do like exercising and I would love to be more fit an athletic, but it may simply not be my thing. I am not giving up on it, but I am accepting what my personality is like, at least right now.

Fruitarianism, the Jesus Diet

Lately I got back into working on my fruitarian books. During my research, I came across something called “The Jesus Diet”. Looking into it I learned that, according the Essene Church of Jesus Christ, Jesus followed and recommended what is now known as Essene Fruitarianism. I will be writing more about this later, I just wanted to give you a sneak peek. =D
