Fun day on my fruitarian bodybuilding challenge. Today I got to write a lot on my fruitarian book and I kept a strict fruitarian diet all the way till the end, despite having some cravings for carrots.
Fruitarian Bodybuilding ALL THE WAY
The way I beat cravings is by eating other things in my diet, like cucumbers in this case. It isn’t hard to overcome cravings when our bellies are full so finding a substitute really helps.
Fruitarian bodybuilding is not easy, to become a fruitarian bodybuilder, a TRUE fruitarian bodybuilder, one needs follow a fruit only diet and commit to bodybuilding every day, or at least 6 days a week.
So far I have been able to do this on my fruitarian bodybuilding challenge, and it is easy to maintain as long as I have enough delicious fruit around.
The issue comes when I run out of fruit, that is when I start to get cravings for vegetables and cooked food.
