Fruitarian Bodybuilding Benefits::: Weight Loss is OBVIOUS! – Muscle Building May Be Harder (For Me)

Fruitarianism for weight loss is such a clear choice. Now that I am on day 6 of my fruitarian muscle building challenge I can look back at the week and notice how I did get some results from my efforts.

Even those I wasn’t a perfect fruitarian bodybuilder every day (because I ate some cooked vegan meals and missed a workout or two), I still got to notice how the fruitarian diet helps me loose weight. It is funny, I eat cooked food, I out on weight, I go fully fruitarian and I loose it right away. That beings said, I also don’t think that I get overly skinny when I follow a fruitarian diet. That is why I think that fruitarian bodybuilding is possible, the body can get by with only fruit, at least that is my theory.

While I was in Hawaii I pretty much fooled around, I didn’t train as much as I wanted so it wasn’t a perfect trip. Now that I am back in Boulder I can give it another try and check if I can build muscle with fruit.

Truth is that the more fruit I eat, the better I feel.
