Second day of my fruitarian bodybuilding challenge, here I will show you what I eat in a day as a fruitarian bodybuilder following a strict fruitarian diet.
Fruitarian Bodybuilding Success
This is the most committed I have been to do a fruitarian bodybuilding challenge since I got into fruitarianism almost a year ago. Over the past months I have been exploring the fruitarian diet. I tried following a specific fruitarian diet plan many times but it never worked as I always tend to deviate to other foods.
In the mean time I have experienced significant fruitarian weight loss, even more than when I became a raw vegan. It seems that a fruit based diet is the easiest way to lose weight, specially if it is an all fruit diet. After all, humans are frugivores and this is why veganism, even though it is a beautiful ethical stance, doesn’t compare to fruitarianism, which seems to be more appropriate considering that humans are frugivores.
I know I may not look like a professional fruitarian bodybuilder practicing fruitarian bodybuilding, but I am placing many seeds in the ground and I know they will soon grow to beautiful fruit.
