Day 4 of my Fruitarian Bodybuilding challenge. Today I worked on my fruitarian book, ate a strict fruitarian diet and exercised at the gym.
Of course, I don’t look like a professional fruitarian bodybuilder yet but I am clearly on my way there. So far I can show there has been no weight gain due to my fruitarian diet and in fact, I do feel a little stronger after four days. Sure, this is not enough evidence to show some fruitarian before and after results but it is enough to show that I am practicing strict fruitarian bodybuilding approaches with passion and intensity.
Of course other fruitarians and maybe even those who practice fruitarian bodybuilding may be able to show better bodybuilding results if they have been doing this for longer, but this is good for now.
