FRUITARIAN BODYBUILDING – Building Muscle on a FRUIT ONLY DIET and Becoming a Fruitarian Bodybuilder

Fruitarian Bodybuilding on my day one. I started a new fruitarian muscle building challenge now that I am finally in a place with lot of fruit and a gym with enough equipment to build muscle on a fruitarian diet.

I am also working on my fruitarian book. I got a ton of words in it already and now I am doing my second review,

I hope you like this video, it is one of the most versatile videos I have done so far. The best part may be that I am including a fruitarian before and after film session for you to see my progress during this fruitarian bodybuilding challenge.

The key to this challenge is follow a fruit only diet and exercise one hour a day. If I can train doing weight lifting, that would be idea, but other forms of exercise are allowed as well, as long as the improve my bodybuilding physique.

Fruitarian Bodybuilding is Possible!

I am thankful that fruit is much cheaper in Ecuador, at least compared to Hawaii. The papayas were better in Hawaii but there is much more variety of fruit here in Ecuador.

Seriously, I am super grateful to be able to give this fruitarian bodybuilding challenge a real shot, I am super curious to find out if I can build muscle with fruit. People always ask, where do vegans get their protein from? Wait until they see a fruitarian bodybuilder, it is going to shock their world.

I will admit though, I am still not fully convinced that we can become fruitarian bodybuilders with only fruit. All the people who eat raw and have big muscles usually eat a raw vegan diet which consist of leafy greens and other vegetables high in protein. So the debate is still out on weather fruitarian bodybuilding is even possible. We also don’t have any examples in nature, all those gorillas who are frugivores eat some amount of plant life. Humans are frugivores too, at least anatomically speaking, but that may not mean we can thrive on fruit alone. That is why I have to find the truth for myself.

With this fruitarian bodybuilding challenge, I know I can not cheat anyone, fruit only, for 15 days, one hour of bodybuilding every day. If I mess up at all I am happy to admit it.

One thing I gotta be careful with on this fruitarian diet is overeating. I have made that mistake in the past many times, either by eating too much fat or by simply eating too much fruit.

Becoming a Fruitarian Bodybuilder

 

I wish my approach to fruitarianism was a bit more ethically base like Mango Wodzak’s but I need more evidence, if that is possible. I think that knowing that I can build muscle on a fruitarian diet would certainly remove all doubt. It is not the same to say that humans are frugivores than to say humans can thrive on an only fruit diet.

This is why this fruitarian bodybuilding challenge is so important, it could very well be the proof of all proves that we have been lied to for decades and that maybe even the vegan movement doesn’t have all the answers. Maybe there is more to it, in terms of health, ethics and environmentalism. I surely have no doubt that there are many levels beyond the vegan diet and even beyond the raw vegan diet. I truly think fruitarianism is the future and that fruitarian bodybuilding will soon be a thing on its own, just like natural bodybuilding became a thing.

I am happy that I am becoming a fruitarian bodybuilder! =D
