Fruitarian bodybuilding challenge goes on as I try to eat as much fruit and only fruit as possible while exercising as much as I can. I know I have been struggling with these challenges but I guess that is why they are called a “challenge”.
Today was a strong day at the gym, not bad for having only 6 oranges and 5 bananas for the day. I think I could get by like this for many days, but my cravings are super strong! For example, I keep thinking about Mexican food. I just want to eat it, not because I need it, but because it is so yummy.
I hate failing at following the fruitarian diet. I wish I could be a better example for the world.
