Fruitarian Diet Transformation – Experience the Joy (Fruit Diet Week 5)

Week 5 has been the best week since I started this fruitarian diet adventure. Seems like I spent more than half of the week eating only fruit and the rest of my meals were mostly raw vegan.

Fruitarian Diet for a Whole Month

I am thinking that if I had set up myself for a short term goal I would have had an easier time with dicipline. The fact that I am taking this fruitarian philosophy with me for the long run adds on many breaks on my path.

I would say that my attachment to my current social circles is one of the greatest reasons why I struggle to be consistent with the fruitarian diet.

On the other hand I also notice that temptations are very real and so are fears. I know, however, that the opposite of fear is love and through love I can achieve anything.

Every time I remember how much I love fruitarianism my inspiration rises and my will is strong. Every time I fall into fear and temptations my will weakens.

I am glad to say that I know things will get better and that I see myself thriving of a fruit based diet for a loooooong time. I know it, I have big time fruit plans! :p

What I truly hope for is to find more balance and discipline to practice fruitarian bodybuilding. I know there are other fruitarians out there who are also athletes and I want to join the club.

I guess this is why veganism is so transforming. I went from a vegan diet to a raw vegan diet to a fruitarian diet to practicing strict fruitarianism.

We are in good hands.
