This is my 5th day on the fruitarian muscle building challenge I got into. This is my second attempt to only eat fruit and exercise for a whole month, just like a proper fruitarian bodybuilder would do.
I haven’t been able to stick to only fruit. I have been eating cooked vegan food and even chocolate!
I know this is a significant change in my life, not everyone decides to become a fruitarian and many less want to be a fruitarian bodybuilder.
The more I have been able to stick to fruitarianism 100% was two weeks. I also went 2 months eating only a raw vegan diet.
I really enjoy how conscious this adventure into fruitarianism is making me.
On this video I also talk about why veganism is so awesome. Some people don’t care about veganism at all and they don’t see the benefits of it.
Some people don’t want to change, but this creates problems over the long run, like poverty, starvation and climate change.
I am convinced that humans are frugivores and that we should eat mostly fruit, if not only fruit alone to thrive and live to our highest potential. I don’t know if me specifically will be able to do it, there re many emotional and psychological barriers to overcome.
There are however, many fruitarians who claim to have lived this lifestyle for decades. Maybe some of them are lying, or they were not fruitarian 100%. But I bet you a handful of them are saying the truth and they have followed a purely fruitarian diet for a long time.
