Yes, I screwed up with my fruitarian bodybuilding challenge. I thought it would be ok for me to go out and have a couple of drinks, but I got a bit tipsy and without any fruit around the cravings overtook me. I ended up falling of my fruitarian diet by eating a cup of rice and some nuts and seeds. I am not proud of it but I did learn a lot from my experience. Obviously drinking is not a healthy thing to do, specially when one is so focused on achieving a goal that requires discipline.
Fruitarian Bodybuilding ALL OR NOTHING
It is a bit sad that this happened, if we had gotten back to my house maybe it would have been easier for me to overcome the munchies and instead of eating cooked food, I would have eaten fruit. But that is not what happened.
On the bright side, I still got to exercise and move around which means I didn’t just fall on the couch and start eating potatoes. This is a good sign because often when I break a good streak I break it for good and it takes me a while to get back up.
Luckily I am back on the fruitarian diet wagon and feeling optimistic about my future. =D
