Give Fruit a Chance
In the areas of health and healing, individuals such as Dr. Robert Morse and Dr. Douglas Graham have been promoting fruit-based diets for over four decades. Both, along with other practitioners, have witnessed their patients heal multiple “incurable diseases”, by following strict fruit based diets.
Dr. Morse’s approach uses fruits for detoxification and regeneration of the human body. He supplements his patient’s program with herbal formulas in the form of teas, tablets, and tinctures. His views are advice are explained in detail by reading his book “The Detox Miracle Sourcebook”.
Dr. Graham’s recommendations are based on his personal dietary system presented in the book “The 80/10/10 Diet”. This diet is a low-fat, raw vegan diet, that aims to consume 80% of calories from carbohydrates, 10% from proteins, and 10% from fats.
There are many doctors, coaches, and health practitioners, who recommend fruit based diets to their clients. There are even more individuals who have been experimenting with these diets, achieving incredible results. A few Google searches and some time on YouTube is all it takes to find people with inspiring stories about healing on a fruit based diet.
As far as I know, fruit based diets might be the simplest, healthiest, most ethical, and most environmentally friendly diet humans have ever explored. At first, fruit based diets can sound extreme and irrational. The thought of living on fruit may be too foreign to accept. Fruitarianism, however, isn’t a crazy idea, there are plenty of logical reasons to Give Fruit a Chance.
