This video summarizes my past two weeks at the Kanekiki farm in Hawaii. This is a raw vegan community in the Big Island of Hawaii where 15 to 25 people live year round, working the land with permaculture principles, growing organic fruits and vegetables.
Kanekiki Farm Updates
So guess what, I started to write a fruitarian book. It is going to be awesome! =D
I got used to eating raw, it is quite easy actually once I am with a bunch of people who are doing the same, I guess that is a good thing to know, not only in regards to following a raw vegan diet but with everything else as well.I am also looking into intermittent fasting, it seems to go in hand with fruitarianism, veganism and minimalism principles I have been studying lately.
I really love the farm life, at first I struggled with the tropical weather and pooping on a whole in the ground. After a while it becomes normal, even enjoyable. Some people wipe their ass with toilet paper and others do it with leaves. You have to work your way up to it.I also enjoy working at the kanekiki farm, clearing land has been my favorite job so far.
I am also trying to get into fruitarian bodybuilding to become a fruitarian bodybuilder, not an easy task, especially for an ENFP like me who easily gets distracted with projects and ideas.
Bodybuilding and growing muscle on a fruitarian diet would be quite impressive, it would also help prove that the fruitarian diet is healthy and beneficial. Perhaps even ideal?
Thanks for staying in touch =D
