The question everyone wants to know: What is better Low Fat Raw Vegan or High Fat Raw Vegan or No Fat Fruitarian?
Low Fat Raw Vegan Always Wins
Well, I think that too me it is very clear that a high fat diet is not healthy, regardless of weather it is a raw vegan diet or an omnivorous diet. Of course, the omnivorous diet is worse than the raw vegan one but when it comes to fat content, I think keeping those numbers low is best.
From my experience as a raw vegan / fruitarian I can tell that the less fat I feel, the better. I don’t know how this works long term because I have only gone two weeks without eating any fat. What I do know is that during that time I felt great and I didn’t get any cravings for fat. It seemed like my body was very happy digesting juicy fruit.
I also notice that whenever I eat a lot of fat I feel drowsy and tired. Plus, my digestion slows down, I just don’t go to the toilet as much, which means there is more poop inside my digestive track.
The only thing that fatty fruit has is that it tastes good and it feels cozy. It helps me feel loved, weird I know but it does serve as an emotional crutch. Whenever I feel sad, if I eat fat, I feel a bit better.
Some people love fat and they say that it works well for them. Some people eat high fat diets and they claim to feel great, but studies show that too much fat, over the long run will stick to the blood vessels. What do you think?
