My New Fruitarian Bodybuilding Challenge
After failing horrible with my first Fruitarian Bodybuilding Athlete Challenge I new that I had to give it another shot. I was thinking about starting on March 15th (2017) but instead I am starting today (March 11th). I felt that I had fallen way to far from the fruitarian diet for way too long (about two weeks) and it was time for me to get back on my path to fruitarian freedom.
Yesterday I came up with this scoring system and I am going with it without much though. I can get a maximum of 5 stars each day. I am going for every day between March 15th and April 15th. This is how I am giving away score:
.5 stars for recording weight
.5 stars for vlog,blog for the day
.5 stars for taking at least one picture
.5 star for recording nutritional intake
1 star for sleeping 8+ hours
3 stars for keeping a strict fruitarian diet (tea/herbs ok)
1 star for every hour of exercising (up to 4 hours per day)
Like I said, I didn’t think long to come up with this. I do like it because it allows me to compare stars to my previous challenge. It also allows for more important weigh on keeping a strict fruitarian diet (except for tea/herbs while I am in Colorado). The workout segment will allow me to make up for lost points when needed and the other scoring items will give more data. Days will be counted from the moment I wake up until I fall asleep.
My First Day on this Fruitarian Bodybuilding Challenge
So far I have been doing great. I ate fruit all day, including some bell peppers, cucumber, avocados and papaya. I don’t have much fruit so I need to go to the store and buy some. I feel reluctant to go to the store because all the fruit there is super expensive and nowhere as good as it was in Hawaii. The only pieces of fruit I found from INSIDE THE U.S. where oranges and strawberries. I will be going to a different store today but I doubt I will get much luckier than that. I should probably get in touch with local growers and find out what I can get and when new fruit will be arriving.
The picture that I took is a selfie on the bathroom. I am going to do that for this challenge, unless shown otherwise. The reason for this is that I may not have as much of a community around me here to take silly pictures of me without my clothes on. =D
Anyhow… this is what I got for today, a total of 2.5 stars. Not bad for an unannounced first day. Here is my breakdown and bellow is the picture I took.
