Today we have a special treat for all of you. A special post about the vegan diet revolution and the cultural movement that is driving this shift forward.
Not all vegans are fruitarians, but all fruitarians are vegans. Being this the case, we agree on many issues, especially on the subject of hurting animals.
I was a meat eater for 28 years. It took me three years to accept that animal lives are just as important as humans and that thinking otherwise makes me a spiciest. After waking up to this reality I vegan to follow a strict vegan diet and I never went back to eating so much meat.
I now feel healthier and more clear than ever. The vegan diet is truly the way to go, the only things better than that, fruitarianism and the raw vegan diet. (See: Fruitarian Diet Benefits)
It may take some time to understand and empathise with the pain and suffering of animals. Most people believe that only cats and dogs deserve our love but pigs, cows and fish are also worthy of love. Stop killing the inocent are adopt a vegan diet, the whole world will, sooner or later, thank you for it.
We are all, slowly but surely, waking up to the pain that we have been causing innocent animals. For most of us, this behavior was engrained in our brain from the moment we were born. However, hurting animals it is not in our nature, these are learned behaviors. Behaviors that we are forced to accept by our parents and society.
NO MORE! Join the movement. Its a Vegan Revolution.
Enjoy 🙂
